Adjustable heated display case Hendi 273999
Technical data 01 / 02
This adjustable heated display case provides two levels for presenting prepared hot dishes within one heated unit. The separate display positions use vertical space, helping keep a hot-food counter organised when dishes are ready for service.
Where it is used
On a canteen serving counter, arrange prepared dishes across the two levels rather than occupying a single display plane. Staff can replenish the chamber through the hinged doors at the rear, working from behind the counter while keeping the customer-facing side available for the food display.
Crumbs collect on removable trays at the bottom of the chamber. Taking these trays out gives staff a direct way to clear loose crumbs from the case, rather than working debris around inside the chamber. The layout is therefore suited to a hot-food station where dishes are replenished during service and crumbs need clearing between tasks.
Care
The rear-hinged doors provide access to the chamber interior from the staff side, so staff can reach inside when cleaning the case. This access point also supports tidying the display area without approaching from the customer-facing side.
The removable crumb trays can be lifted out for separate clearing. Removing the collected crumbs from the bottom of the chamber helps keep loose debris from accumulating there during use and makes that particular cleaning task more direct.
How to choose
Compare the case’s overall dimensions with the counter space available at the intended serving position. Its external envelope helps establish whether the counter can accommodate the unit while leaving room for the surrounding service work. The weight is also relevant when planning how staff will handle the case during initial positioning.
The temperature control adjusts up to 90 °C, allowing the operator to choose a holding setting for the prepared hot dishes on display. Consider that adjustment alongside the two-level arrangement when selecting a case for a counter that needs both temperature choice and vertically organised presentation.
