Equipment and tasks

Juice dispensers provide a tap for serving cold drinks at a buffet or counter. The three-litre model has a steel insert for ice cooling, keeping the ice separate from the juice. Its non-drip tap helps limit drops on the counter, while the drip grid is easy to clean after service. A transparent polycarbonate juice container lets staff check the remaining level while guests serve themselves.

The four-litre dispenser has a label holder for drink identification, useful when several beverages are offered together. Its removable stainless-steel cooling rod holds ice, and the clear body makes the liquid level visible. For a larger serving quantity, the eight-litre dispenser uses an integrated ice container to cool drinks without dilution from melting ice. Its removable drip-tray grille can be cleaned as part of routine care.

Capacity helps teams plan preparation and replenishment: the three-litre dispenser suits a smaller quantity, while the eight-litre vessel allows a longer serving run. The four-litre model measures 315 by 211 by 431 mm, and the eight-litre model measures 265 by 350 by 580 mm. These dimensions help assess counter space and clearance for filling and dispensing before positioning the units.

For food presentation, the cold display includes a GN 1/1 tray and cooling element to help food stay fresh for longer. The small two-function roll-top display has cooling or heating elements beneath its stainless-steel tray insert, with gel inserts for cooling or heating food. The single cooling display includes two cooling elements and a stainless-steel tray, providing a covered surface for chilled service.

Choose a dispenser when guests need to pour drinks from a tap, and compare capacity with the expected service quantity and available counter space. The four-litre model’s label holder helps identify a beverage in a mixed drinks offer. For food, choose between a chilled tray display and a roll-top model according to whether the task calls for cooling alone or the option to cool or heat food.

Access and cleaning matter during busy service. The single cooling display’s transparent roll-top lid opens from either side, allowing staff or guests to reach the food without shifting the unit. Its dimensions are 440 by 320 by 205 mm, helping teams assess its placement on a counter. The small roll-top display is dishwasher-safe, making it suitable for a dishwasher cleaning routine after use.
