VAT Hot water dispensers help hospitality teams prepare a supply for repeated pours of hot water or, on selected models, heated wine. SIA La RONDE’s range offers different capacities, temperature controls and finishes for beverage stations. Choosing by drink and service volume helps staff match an appliance to preparation and replenishment routines.
Equipment and tasks
In cafés, restaurants, hotels and event catering, a dispenser keeps water ready for tea service without boiling a fresh quantity for each order. Compact models suit a smaller batch, while larger versions hold more liquid between refills. An intermediate capacity offers another option for teams balancing demand and replenishment frequency. These differences help staff plan batches around the pace of service.
The 20-litre hot water dispenser is suitable for preparing tea and mulled wine. Its approximate 76-minute boiling time gives staff a planning reference, so preparation can start ahead of service. Its maximum temperature is 94–99°C, a different approach from models with adjustable thermostats. The adjustable-temperature beverage dispensers are intended for water or wine, not milk or hot chocolate.
Parameters in use
On the 9-litre dispensers, temperature can be adjusted from 30°C to 100°C. Staff can choose a lower setting or heat water close to boiling for the intended hot-water or wine task, rather than relying on one fixed temperature. Thermostat indicators help operators follow the heating setting during preparation. A glass water-level indicator makes remaining liquid visible, helping staff judge when to replenish.
The tap allows a receiving vessel up to 100 mm high beneath it, so staff should choose a cup or small jug within that clearance. A non-drip tap helps reduce drops after pouring, and the magnet-attached drip tray is easy to remove for cleaning. The single-wall stainless-steel body provides a durable metal surface for everyday beverage-station use.
Choosing a product
Start with the drink and expected batch size. The smaller-capacity models suit modest demand; larger and intermediate options provide more liquid between refills. The 20-litre unit has a separate boiling profile for tea and mulled wine. Match the appliance to the intended liquid and service routine, particularly where a menu includes milk-based drinks or hot chocolate.
Compare each model’s dimensions and finish with the planned counter position. The compact silver model measures 307x330x(H)450mm; other versions have different dimensions, so check the chosen unit before allocating space. Finishes include silver, light grey, grey-brown and matt black. A suitable choice brings together batch capacity, drink type, temperature control and vessel clearance for the beverage station’s daily work.
