Cotton candy machine Hendi 282731
Technical data 01 / 02
This pink Hendi cotton candy machine is designed for preparing floss from sugar for immediate service. Its built-in drawer keeps sticks, sugar and colouring at the station, while the supplied dispenser gives the operator a practical way to measure sugar before preparation.
Where it is used
Use the machine at a staffed kiosk or event counter where cotton candy is made to order. Keeping small accessories and consumables in the drawer helps the operator stay at the serving position rather than leaving to collect them. Separate switches control the machine and heating element independently, while integrated indicator lamps make switch status visible during service.
The carbon-steel body provides a rigid housing for regular handling at a staffed counter. An overload fuse helps protect the motor if a blockage creates excessive strain during operation. A lid for the machine is available separately as article 282755.
Connection and installation
The 230 V supply suits a standard single-phase kitchen supply point, making it straightforward to plan the machine alongside other equipment at the service station. Its rated power helps operators account for the machine’s electrical load when organising that point; it is a nameplate rating rather than a measure of consumption.
Care
The removable stainless-steel bowl resists corrosion in damp kitchen conditions and is suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Staff can remove it after production and send it through the wash-up cycle separately from the machine. Four fixings hold the bowl securely in place during operation.
How to choose
The machine’s footprint and height help determine whether it can be positioned on the intended counter without crowding adjacent service tasks. Its weight is practical to consider when resetting the counter layout, as staff can reposition it for a different arrangement. These dimensions and weight help establish a workable place for the cotton-candy station before service begins.
