Deep fryer Hendi 207376
Technical data 01 / 02
This Hendi Profi Line deep fryer has two separate vats, digital temperature and timer control, and a drain tap. The divided layout lets a kitchen run two frying tasks in parallel without sharing one vat, while the tap provides an outlet for oil when the fryer is emptied for cleaning.
Where it is used
At a café frying station or a fuel-station kitchen, the two-vat arrangement supports separate tasks during the same service. Operators can enter a temperature and timer for the product being cooked, giving each cycle a defined heat and duration. The extended basket handle supports repeated lifting and lowering during service.
Removing the control panel automatically stops heating, so the fryer is not heating while the panel is removed for cleaning. The stainless-steel body also allows grease and food splashes to be wiped away after frying.
Connection and installation
The 230V rating identifies the supply voltage to check at the intended station. The 7kW rated input is relevant to planning the electrical provision; as a heating input, it can help restore oil temperature sooner after frozen food is added, supporting the next frying cycle.
The thermostat guards against overheating, and its indicator gives the operator a visible cue while monitoring oil heating. If the thermostat activates, its restart function allows it to be reset once the cause has been addressed.
Care
The 18/0 stainless-steel construction resists corrosion in a damp kitchen and provides a surface that is easy to keep clean. After frying, wipe grease and food splashes from the body. When emptying the fryer for cleaning, the drain tap gives used oil an outlet.
How to choose
The 16-litre oil volume provides reserve for successive portions during service. This helps when the station is set up for repeated frying rather than a single isolated cycle. With two separate vats, operators can also keep different frying tasks apart while working in parallel.
Use the overall footprint to assess the counter space available at the intended station. The fryer’s weight makes it manageable to reposition when the kitchen changes its layout, so the equipment can be moved as work areas are rearranged.
