Electric food warmer Hendi 201749
Technical data 01 / 02
This electric food warmer holds prepared food in three GN 1/3 pans, giving a compact service station separate spaces for several dishes. Its lower rated power than most products in this category suits a small warm-holding setup rather than a larger bank of pans.
Where it is used
On a café counter or hotel breakfast buffet, the three pans keep different prepared dishes available side by side. Lids cover the contents between servings, helping the operator manage the display between customer visits. The warmer is intended for holding food warm, not for cooking.
With the GN pans removed, the unit can also be used as a warming surface. This gives the service team another way to arrange the station when the presentation does not call for food in the supplied pans.
Connection and installation
The 230 V supply is single phase, so the warmer can be planned around a standard single-phase supply point. Its 0.4 kW rated power is lower than that of most products in this category; this makes it a fitting choice for a small holding station that does not need the higher rated power of larger category units.
Care
The stainless-steel body resists corrosion in damp kitchen conditions and is easy to keep clean, supporting routine wipe-downs of the exterior. The three stainless-steel GN pans share that corrosion-resistant property and can be cleaned after service as separate food containers.
How to choose
The adjustable 40–75 °C range lets the operator select a warm-holding setting for prepared food during service. The unit’s overall dimensions help with positioning it beside the serving area, while its weight is lower than most products in this category. That lighter build makes the warmer easier to lift and reposition when clearing or reorganising a counter.
