Electric frying pan Hendi 239506
Technical data 01 / 02
The Hendi electric frying pan is intended for pizza baking and frying, with a glass-centred lid that lets staff view food while it remains covered. Its internal cooking area helps assess whether a pizza or batch fits the vessel before it is assigned to a task.
Where it is used
At a café hot-food station, the pan can handle pizza preparation as well as other frying work. This gives the kitchen one vessel for two types of cooking task. The glass centre lets staff monitor food without lifting the lid, helping them keep the pan covered while checking progress.
Thermo-insulated handles support repositioning the pan around the work area. The removable thermostat separates the electrical control from the vessel, so the pan can be handled for cleaning without that control attached.
Connection and installation
The 230 V supply allows connection through an ordinary single-phase socket, without a three-phase line. The 1.4 kW rated power helps operators account for the appliance’s electrical load when planning which equipment to use at the same time. The detachable thermostat and cable separate the control from the pan when preparing the vessel for cleaning.
Care
The aluminium construction has a non-stick coating, which helps food release with less adhesion. That is useful when lifting baked pizza from the cooking surface and helps reduce food residue left behind after cooking. Easier release supports the transition from one cooking task to the next.
How to choose
Use the internal cooking dimensions to assess whether the pan suits the pizza or batch required for the job. The more compact cooking area is suited to smaller pizzas or batches, while the overall dimensions help compare the vessel with the space available at the station. This format is appropriate where the planned cooking task calls for a smaller working area.
