Frying pan Hendi 629352
Technical data 01 / 02
This Hendi frying pan combines cast-aluminium construction with a Whitford® Xylan coating that helps prevent food sticking. Its oven suitability gives the hot line a way to carry food from hob cooking through to oven finishing in the same pan.
Where it is used
Use the pan for frying on a professional hot line, then move it to the oven to finish the dish without transferring the food to another vessel. This keeps the cooking sequence in one pan and removes an extra handling step. The coating helps food release from the surface after frying, useful when turning or lifting items during service.
The titanium layer between the aluminium and non-stick coating provides the specified surface friction. That gives the cook a defined contact feel while moving food across the cooking surface, supporting control during frying. The handle is designed not to heat up during cooking, making it easier to grip and reposition the pan as work moves between hob tasks.
Care
Cast aluminium conducts heat readily, so heat supplied by the hob is transferred to the food through the pan body. Its suitability for all hob types also allows the same pan to be used across different hob stations, supporting a consistent cookware choice on a mixed hot line.
The coating withstands oven temperatures up to 250°C, so the pan can be used for oven finishing within that limit. The handle’s stainless-steel construction is paired with its cool-grip design for practical handling during cooking.
How to choose
The broad, shallow form gives food room to spread across the cooking surface, helping avoid crowding while frying. The 360 mm diameter and 55 mm height help assess how the pan will occupy hob and storage space alongside other cookware.
Choose this pan for work that benefits from both hob frying and oven finishing in the same vessel. The coating’s resistance to sticking supports food release during frying, while its heat tolerance accommodates oven use up to 250°C.
