This GN insulated food transport container combines a 66-litre capacity with a lightweight construction for moving prepared food between kitchen and service. Where it is used
Use the container to move prepared food and drinks from a production kitchen to a buffet or event service point, helping maintain their temperature during the journey. Internal guides accommodate GN 1/1 containers and trays on separate levels, organising different parts of a load and making the required items easier to locate at service.
GN containers are supplied separately, allowing the kitchen to plan around the containers it already uses or select the required configuration. Rounded corners help make repeated handling more comfortable during transfers between preparation and service areas.
Care
The container is suitable for dishwasher cleaning up to +80 °C, giving kitchen teams a machine-cleaning option after transporting food. This makes it easier to include cleaning in the regular close-down routine.
