Juice dispenser Hendi 425039
Technical data 01 / 02
This yellow juice dispenser holds an 8 L batch for buffet service, with a transparent vessel that lets staff monitor the remaining drink level. Guests can serve themselves directly from the tap, while the base’s bright colour makes the dispenser easy to pick out on the drinks station.
Where it is used
At a hotel breakfast buffet or café drinks station, guests can pour their own juice rather than wait for staff to serve each glass. The label holder identifies the drink beside the dispenser, helping guests choose at the point of service. Its handles provide a secure grip when staff move it between the buffet and cleaning area. The polypropylene base is a lightweight component, making it easier to handle when moving the dispenser.
The vessel shape limits drink residue collecting at the bottom, so more of the batch remains accessible through the tap as the level falls. Quick assembly and disassembly lets staff separate the dispenser’s parts when preparing it for hygiene cleaning between service runs.
Care
The magnetic drip tray catches drops beneath the tap and can be removed for cleaning. Its perforated stainless-steel insert is corrosion resistant in damp kitchen conditions and easy to keep clean. The removable stainless-steel cooling rod can also be taken out for separate handling during cleaning preparation.
Filled with ice, the cooling rod chills the drink while keeping the ice separate from the liquid. This helps maintain a cold drink without meltwater diluting the batch.
How to choose
The 8 L capacity suits a buffet service run where a ready supply of juice is useful between refills. Its overall dimensions are smaller than most products in this category, so it takes up less counter space and leaves more room for glasses and other service items. The compact footprint is useful when planning a drinks station with limited counter area.
The drip-resistant tap helps reduce drops on the counter during self-service. Its raised position leaves room to place a glass beneath the outlet, while the tap releases drink directly into the glass without lifting or tilting the filled vessel.
