Nacho warmer Hendi 282779
Technical data 01 / 02
This black nacho warmer keeps prepared nachos warm at the serving point. Its compact footprint is smaller than most products in this category, making it suited to a counter where space for a dedicated service display is limited.
Where it is used
At a café or cinema concession counter, the warmer keeps nachos accessible for ongoing service. The two rear-opening doors allow staff to replenish and retrieve product from the work side, leaving the front available for customers to view the contents. A removable crumb tray makes it possible to clear accumulated crumbs as a separate task. The independent light switch lets staff manage chamber illumination separately from the warmer’s power control.
The black finish gives the unit a visually restrained presence on a dark counter. Toughened glass provides a durable viewing surface, while the stainless-steel casing resists corrosion in regular kitchen use.
Connection and installation
The 230 V supply suits a service point using standard single-phase power. Its 0.5 kW rated power is modest for a heated display appliance and lower than most products in this category by rated power.
IPX3 protection against water spray from limited angles provides a measure of protection in a working area where incidental splashes may occur.
Care
The AISI 304 stainless-steel chamber resists corrosion and is easy to keep clean in food service. LED lighting illuminates the chamber, helping staff see remaining product and crumbs during routine checks.
The toughened-glass panel keeps the contents visible, while the removable crumb tray can be taken out to clear collected crumbs separately from the chamber.
How to choose
The maximum warming temperature is 58°C, giving operators an upper limit for keeping nachos warm for service. The 36-litre chamber provides space for a working supply, while its maximum capacity of 35 litres helps with estimating the holding volume for a service run.
At 14.2 kg, the warmer is lighter than most products in this category, making it easier to reposition when a counter layout changes. Its overall dimensions give a compact footprint for a service counter with restricted space.
