Quartz heated display case Hendi 233962
Technical data 01 / 02
This adjustable quartz heated display case is designed for warm pastry presentation, with two display levels and front access for counter service. Its chamber lighting helps customers see the products on show, while staff can replenish the display from the front.
Where it is used
At a bakery or café counter, the heated display keeps pastries warm while they are presented for service. Two levels make use of the chamber’s vertical space, and the upward-opening front doors provide access for replenishing or serving products without swinging out across the counter.
Repositionable shelves allow staff to arrange products at different heights. The light at the top of the chamber illuminates the display, making its contents easier for customers to see at the point of service.
Connection and installation
Two quartz heaters provide radiant heat, while the electric hotplate below supplies warmth from underneath. This arrangement warms the display area from above and below for holding products during service. The rated power is 5.6 kW.
Care
The stainless-steel body resists corrosion and is easy to keep clean in a damp kitchen. Toughened-glass sides and curved acrylic-glass doors keep the contents visible, while the hinged front doors provide access for routine replenishment. The mirror panel at the rear gives the display a reflective background.
How to choose
The chamber accommodates four GN 1/2 containers, a familiar format for organising different product groups at the counter. Continuous temperature adjustment lets staff fine-tune the holding setting, with a range that covers warm service temperatures.
The case is lighter than most products in this category, making it easier to move when rearranging a counter or service area. Its footprint and overall height help plan where it sits, including the counter space available for adjacent plating and service work.
