Toaster Hendi 262214
Technical data 01 / 02
The Hendi Milan Toast is a bread toaster with infrared quartz heating elements that reach maximum temperature within 30 seconds. Their rapid response is useful for made-to-order service, bringing the station into use promptly when a toast order arrives. The compact overall footprint also helps keep counter space available for other preparation work.
Where it is used
Two racks with six bread supports provide a defined loading arrangement for a café toast station or hotel breakfast service. The six supplied supports let staff equip the station for use without sourcing them separately. A mechanical timer sounds when its cycle ends, alerting staff while they attend to other service tasks.
The switch offers different heating modes for the selected toasting task. After a cycle, the elements cool within a second, supporting a prompt transition to the next task at the station.
Connection and installation
The 230 V rating identifies the supply voltage the toaster is designed for, helping the operator check the available supply at the intended work area. Its 3 kW rated power identifies the appliance’s designed electrical load, which can be accounted for when planning kitchen equipment loads. These electrical characteristics help assess the toaster’s place in the work area setup.
Care
The two racks and six bread supports are stainless steel. Stainless steel resists corrosion and is easy to keep clean in a damp kitchen, helping staff maintain clean bread-contact surfaces during repeated service. This material property is useful at a toast station where the supports are handled throughout the shift.
How to choose
At 450 × 390 × 400 mm, this toaster is smaller than most products in the salamander grill category. Its more compact footprint makes it a space-conscious option for a service counter where other preparation work also needs room.
Its weight is also smaller than most products in the category, making the unit easier to lift and reposition when the worktop arrangement changes. The rapid warm-up is useful where toasting is intermittent and the station needs to respond promptly to orders.
