Whisk Hendi 511756
Technical data 01 / 02
This Hendi whisk combines flexible wires with a long, handled form for manual preparation. Staff can work a mixture directly at the preparation station, then hang the utensil within reach between tasks.
Where it is used
Move the flexible wires through eggs or sauce to whisk the mixture by hand. Their flexibility lets them bend as they pass through the contents, supporting the repeated movement needed for whisking. This makes the whisk useful at a preparation bench when an operator wants direct control of the mixing action without using a powered appliance.
The handle gives the operator a defined grip while working the wires through a vessel. Its 140 mm length forms the handhold for controlling the utensil during preparation. Once the task is finished, the hook on the stainless-steel handle can be hung from a kitchen hook, keeping the whisk accessible rather than loose among other utensils.
Care
Stainless steel resists corrosion in a damp kitchen, where utensils encounter moisture during routine work. Its easy-to-clean surface supports cleaning after preparation and returning the whisk to use. The stainless-steel handle carries the hanging hook, so the utensil can be suspended between tasks instead of being left among other tools.
How to choose
The overall length and width define the whisk's reach and working span. Compare these with the depth of the vessel and the room available to move the wires through its contents. This helps assess whether the utensil can work through the mixture without its working span being awkward for the vessel used at the station.
At 0.2 kg, the whisk takes little effort to lift and reposition by hand, useful when staff move between preparation tasks. Consider that handling weight alongside the utensil's reach when selecting it for a station where the whisk will be picked up and put down during service.
